Why is the dashboard better?+
Most PPC tools dump you into a generic table view. Ours gives you interactive crossfilters, placement breakdowns, campaign/targeting type splits, and a daily heatmap — all clickable. Click a bar, everything else filters. It's Looker Studio-level interactivity, built specifically for Amazon Ads.
Does it offer custom bidding?+
Yes. You define targeting types (brand, generic, competitor, etc.) and keyword labels, each with their own bid floor, bid ceiling, target ACOS, and aggressiveness. The 12-step algorithm resolves per-keyword settings with priority: Label > Targeting Type > Portfolio defaults.
Can I create custom dimensions with my campaign naming?+
Absolutely. Define classification rules that match patterns in your campaign names (contains, starts with, regex). Campaigns get auto-classified on every sync. Each targeting type carries its own bidding overrides, so your naming convention directly drives optimization.
Why is pricing lower than many alternatives?+
The product is founder-led, operationally focused, and intentionally simple to buy. We price for accessibility and transparency rather than enterprise sales complexity or percentage-of-spend fees.
Is there an MCP connection coming?+
Yes. We're building an MCP server so Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools can query your Amazon Ads data, trigger optimizations, and pull reports directly. Your ads data becomes a tool your AI stack can call.
Will you have a CLI for agents?+
Planned. Agent API keys already exist in the system. The CLI will let you script bid previews, trigger harvesting runs, pull keyword reports, and push bid changes — all from your terminal or CI pipeline.
Is there a dedicated support team?+
